Except Real is at the top right now, neither Celtics or Lakers can say that. I like his choices, MU and Liverpool were legit top of the premier league for quite a while and now are rebuilding.

Real would be the Lakers if there wasn't a salary cap, simply put. Free agents would flock cause they have the most money and name recognition, and they would have a once in a generation talent who played for a popular team and jumped ship, so wilt from Philly and ronaldo to real. Keep in mind I don't follow soccer, so please feel free to correct me

The cavs are not real Madrid they have no past history or anything similar to Madrid other than they have a great player. The Celtics are the perfect equivalent to real Madrid, I think the cavs equivalent is Leicester city they won the premier league defying the odds first time winning it too just like the cavs.

but we knew the Cavs were one of the best teams, with some of the best players, we just didn't think they could beat the Warriors, whereas LCFC in the Premier League were expected to be relegated

Spurs under Pop = United under Ferguson
Had one coach/manager for 20+ years
Had players playing for them their entire careers, model of consistency, United never finished below 3rd and Spurs havnet missed the playoffs, every year contenders despite people saying they will drop off.
